1) Firefox required. Get it from here
2) Install Greasemonkey addon on Firefox. Get it from here
3) Install the eSnips Greasemonkey script. Get it from here

4) Open the eSnip file link now with Greasemonkey enabled. You will find a new 'Download' link to proceed.
